Courier
Metisse partner with EMS for all deliveries within Thailand. International deliveries are dispatched via DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes
We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services.
Dispatching your order
Ready, set, ship. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received before 12pm GMT+7 will be dispatched the same business day. Please note, during peak periods same day dispatch may not be available due to a high volume of orders received. But please bare with us, we promise we’re worth the wait.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Metisse is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
Metisse is not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to Metisse, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees may apply.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on where you have entered the delivery address the duties may vary.
If these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to Metisse, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any customs charges.
