Return Cost
Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
 

Processing Time For Returns   

Once your return has arrived at our Thai warehouse facility, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.   

Refunds     

Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment and should appear in your bank account within 10-15 business days depending on your financial institution.  

Sale Items

All sale items will not be able to get a refund.

Faulty Item Returns         

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault. We classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged.

Exchanges

We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund  in accordance with our return conditions.  We know you’ll find something else to love.  

Garment Returns Conditions

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge. 

In-store Returns

Store purchases can be returned in-store within 48 hours for a gift card or exchange only.

Online Returns In-store

Want to drop by? Online orders can be returned to any Metisse store for a return to gift card or exchange only within 3 days of receiving your online order. 

Refused Duties & Taxes  

If any applicable duties and taxes are not paid, the order will be returned to Metisse. A refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, minus a return fee and any custom charges paid to receive your order.

Refund of Duties & Taxes   

Upon return of your items, any applicable customs, duties or taxes paid at checkout or upon receiving your order, will not be refunded by Metisse. 

Returning Multiple Orders Within One Parcel   

Items across multiple orders can be returned within one parcel.  Please include all items within the one parcel, with the relevant returns information and fix the return label to the front of the parcel.
 

Fragrances

You spray, it stays (with you). Clothing must unworn and in the original packaging.
